These cheeky guys get up to a lot of mischief so this painting isn’t for the light hearted
Dry rot fungus is a fungus that grows on seasoned timbers, causing them to become weak and eventually crumble. For dry rot to start growing, the timbers must have at least 20% moisture. If not treated, the fungus can cause structural problems and eventually decay a whole building. The pair of fungus fae featured here have infiltrated their surroundings. The dry rot has taken hold around them, creating impending destruction.
